Recently I've been getting sick of the weekly routine of drinking like a depraved maniac on weekends and smoking buds all week relentlessly. Coincidentally I joined the gym a month ago and have been going religiously since.
Before I didn't give a shit about intoxicants, I was still going to school/work 7 days a week and the gym 3-4. Now that I am working out though, I realize my gains will be less remarkable, and my workout less outrageous.
I've got a list/plan:
Positive things
- Eating healthier and more regularly
- Drinking green tea instead of coffee (makes me edgy)
- Also water
- Go to the gym 4 times a week
- Study more regularly
- Work more
Negative things to restrict
- Smoking plants (lungs feel dry)
- Drinking (fattening to get drunk)
- Excessive computer gaming..
- Driving like a fool
I do plan on achieving all of those goals. I had an even bigger list and this is what's left of it
I'm really striving for the 8-pack for the summer.
Most people probably have goals like these right? Do you? My plan is to do a bunch at once and radically alter my lifestyle.
